Q: What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A: Cats and Dogs. No exotic pets allowed.
The community has the following breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepard, Rottweiler, Chow and Akitas are all prohibited from staying and/or visiting the community at any time.
Q: How many pets may I have?
A: 2
Q: Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
A: Yes. Pet Fee is $350 per pet. Pet Rent is $25 per pet.
Q: What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
A: Government Issued Photo ID
Q: What are your fees and monthly charges?
A: Valet trash pick-up services $25
Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?
A: Please view our guidelines for income and credit qualifications as well as proof of income needed to sign a lease. In addition, there will be information regarding if you qualify for an apartment but your roommate does not.
Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: Yes the security deposit is refundable. If you choose to do the Sure Deposit Bond, it is not.
Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Yes, fees and notice requirements apply.
Q: What utilities are included in my lease?
A: None
Q: How long is the term of the lease?
A: You may choose from variable lease options - please see leasing consultant for details.
Q: Do you accept leases for short terms?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Am I required to have renters insurance?
A: Yes, at least $100,000 liability coverage.
Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?
A: No
Q: Do you offer corporate apartments?
A: No
Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: If it is an emergency, please call the office. If it is after hours, you may leave a message in the emergency mailbox. For regular maintenance, you may speak to office staff to submit, email the property, or go to the property website and submit.
Q: When is my rent payment due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st day of the month
Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A: The initial late fee is charged on the 4th day of the month.
Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: Yes, through the resident portal
Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: No, however you may submit online through the resident portal
Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: No more than 7 consecutive days
Q: Do you have reserved parking?
A: Yes, premium parking spaces are available for $50 per month
Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: There is no designated motorcycle parking. Please use a parking space.
Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Yes

Q: Are gas grills permitted at your property?
A: No, per the city fire code grills cannot be used on balconies or patios. We do have grilling areas available on site in the courtyard.

Q: Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
A: You may paint in the apartment as long as it is turned back to the original move in condition.
Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Yes, with authorization

Pet Policy

Policy

Cast and dogs up to 100 punds permitted.

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first animal plus $350 for each additional animal.

Pet Rent

Monthly Rent of $25/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
